Modalities Explained...
If You’re Serious We Can Help!
Stress management

Stress management incorporates relaxation therapy, guided imagery, suggestive therapeutics to name just a few.  It is a simple process of allowing the conscious mind to let go of all of the busy thoughts of the day and allow the other creative part of the mind to be able to focus on positive suggestions to create a new way of looking at behavior.  It is a wonderful experience for anxiety/depression, pain, weight control or natural child birth.
NLP/Psychophilogic Integration Therapy

This combination of modalities is a series of techniques to allow a person to look at problems from a different perspective.  These techniques are designed to clear the negative emotions from past events and to teach the client new ways to handle life’s problems.  These techniques can also be used for sports or business enhancement, improve self esteem, and create new understanding.  The client is taught techniques to improve the quality of his or her life.
Naturopathy

Naturopathy is a series of modalities used to assist the body in bringing itself back into balance.  The client is taught about life styles and how to make better choices in both the emotional and physical aspects of their lives.  A Naturopath will assess a persons habits and lifestyle to determine what modalities will be used to bring about balance in the body and emotions.  Modalities can include but are not limited to nutrition, vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathics and other natural approaches to wellness.
Therapeutic Herbology

It has been said “let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food”  It seems that the creator gave us the ability to heal ourselves of most common ailments.  Herbs are a natural way to feed the body and nourish it so that it can have the energy to bring itself back into balance.  Herbs are molecular in structure.  Most of the general public is not aware of the potential side effects when combining herbs with medications or certain combinations of herbs.  Herbs are very useful for a variety of common ailments and can be used safely when one is properly educated by a certified herbalist, naturopath, or physician familiar with botanical sciences.
Poly-Homeopathy

This modality is also known as Homotoxicology.  It has also been described as “energy medicine” because it is energetic in nature.  Poly-Homeopathy differs from classical homeopathy in that the formulas contain more than one energetic potency with several combinations of natural substances.  The classical approach is to use one remedy containing one potency.  Homeopathic formulas are tiny doses of naturally occurring substances of plant, animal, and mineral origin and are used to stimulate the body’s natural healing powers.  Because the doses are so small, these remedies are completely non-toxic, non addictive and they have virtually no side effects.  Formulas are available in both liquid and pill form.  Homeopathy is now considered “Energy Medicine for the Twenty First Century.”
Hair Mineral Analysis

Your hair contains all the minerals present in your body, including nutritional minerals as well as toxic heavy metals.  Hair Mineral analysis is a laboratory test that measures this mineral content in the hair.  In most cases, the test results reflect how much of these elements are in your tissues and provide a vivid picture of your internal environment.  With this information, a world of metabolic events can be interpreted.  Not only can your nutritional status be viewed, but we can also learn much about how efficiently your body is working.
